The room and beds were comfortable, and the check-in and check-out process was efficient. The communal kitchen was great, with plenty of space in the fridge for our shopping. We also enjoyed the nice exterior garden and dining area, which was a bonus when the weather was good.
There were a few things that could have been better. One major downside was the lack of extra toilets.

The guesthouse was recently remodeled, so everything was in perfect condition and very clean. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and super clean. The highlight of the property was the spacious and well-equipped kitchen, where I could make delicious meals. The location was also great, not far from the beautiful black beach and other attractions in the area.
That the room I stayed in had separate beds by default, which was a bit inconvenient. I had to pull them together and then separate them in the morning.

Loved the homey-ness of the property, felt like staying at a local's house on a farm. Great value for money, with everything we needed, including 2 bathrooms and 2 showers on the same floor. - the host, Laura, was very nice and even provided toys for our son to play with, he still talks about the LEGO house. - Rooms and facilities were simple but clean, and the kitchen with free coffee was a bonus. - Easy to find location, close to local points of interest and Reynisfjara beach. - Good for seeing the Northern Lights, with self-check-in and clear instructions.
Felt like a home away from home, no complaints at all.

The location of the guesthouse is convenient, being close to important sights in the area and easy to find. the rooms are nicely decorated, with unique zebra-curtains, and offer a dramatic view of the mountains. the hosts are welcoming and provide a generous breakfast.
The shared facilities, such as the bathroom and kitchen, can be crowded during peak times, making it less convenient.

The value for money at this guesthouse was great, considering the clean and comfortable rooms we got. The location was convenient and the staff were attentive and helpful throughout our stay.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was if there were more options available.
